How Our Ciders Are Made
Step One
Apples are sourced from a local orchid. The juice then undergoes a natural fermentation in French oak barrels.
Step Two
It then matures in the French oak barrels for three months, which increases the complexity.
Step Three
During the time in oak barrels the wild yeast that has settled on the bottom, is stirred regularly to impart a bready, creamy character in to the cider.
Step Three
A small portion of pure Apple juice is then blended in to the cider for extra richness. prior to bottling and canning.
Apple Cider
This is an intense, complex and dry, refreshing cider.

Apple & Pinot Noir Cider
A portion of apple cider from the above process is blended with locally grown, high quality Pinot Noir wine.
The wine adds high intensity of flavours to the cider and it is dry and refreshing.

Apple & Strawberry Cider
A portion of apple cider from the above process is blended with strawberries.
This is a full flavoured refreshing cider, that is not too sweet.
